Our new 2.25" Steelhead Shrimp is a very realistic and highly effective artificial bait for Steelhead, Salmon, and many other gamefish. While in the ocean, Steelhead prey heavily on Shrimp, Krill, Prawns, Squid, and other crustaceans.  This feeding response can trigger very hard bits from Steelhead.
The bait is 2.25" long, a great size for all water conditions. It comes in a variety of colours to effectively fish all water from high and coloured, to low and crystal clear.
This bait can be rigged using a long needle to run it on the leader, with hook below, or using my favourite way to rig it - on a Bent Rods 1/8 oz Lead Head Sickle Jig Hook.
Our Sickle hooks have a slightly longer shank which allows the bait to hang behind the hook, while still allowing the jiggling tail movement that really catches the fish's eye!10 Shrimp per pack
